I think Charlie has a future as the new Nose Frida spokesmodel… Right? Poor little bumpkin has a cold. So sad.

I love the holding down the hands move. It’s a popular one in our house too. Palmer HATES getting the boogies out.
We spray her nose with saline first, which she loves… But that nose frida… It causes instant tears and struggle. But it’s so dang effective.
